There were 8 members and 2 non-members present at the meeting. The Secretary’s report was read and accepted, motion made by David Timson and seconded by David Lunnie. The Treasurer’s report was read and accepted pending the auditor’s report, motion made by David Timson and seconded by Jimmy Kaiser. VASA updates were given by Lincoln. There will be another public debate for the ATV rule in Waterbury on April 26th. Letters to the Editors have been flowing in at a steady rate and the paper will publish them as needed to fill space. There is possibly another organization started where they would like to have machines available to rent ATV’s to go on a guided tour. They will have to go through VASA. VASA is asking what clubs within the state what they think of this idea. The members at the meeting agreed with this idea.
