Top of the World ATV Club Meeting Minutes July 12th, 2011

          There were 7 members present at the meeting. The Secretary’s report was read and accepted, motion made by Sharon Vergera and seconded by James Kaiser. The Treasurer’s report was read by the Secretary, motion made by John Vergera and seconded by James Kaiser. VASA updates were not given due to the fact Lincoln could not attend the meeting.

Old Business:

• Annual raffle- sell tickets
• Food for VASA Big Event- Motion was made by Michael Audet and seconded by John Vergera to let Donna and Sharon go get the food at BJ’s.

New Business:

• Trail Work scheduled for July 23rd. Jeff Rook is willing to use his excavator again for more work. The trail that needs the most work is from the Johnson Rd to the Bombard Rd, and the bridges need more work and trail signs need to be put up. The trail from Streeter Rd to Ladd Rd will be closed; it is in real bad shape. Club members will be meeting at 9:30am to help.

Meeting Minutes Continued

 

• Mt Washington Ride is from 8-1pm on July 31st. The price is $23.00 for operator and $8.00 for passengers. Will be meeting at Mooselook Restaurant at 7am for breakfast before the ride.
• Lunenburg Old Home Day parade is on August 6th, 2011 meet there at 9:30am for the parade line up. Parade is at 10:30am.

The next meeting will be Aug 9th, which could be iffy with the date as our daughter is due very close now, all stuff will be available and ready at our house in the case we are not at the Town Hall by 6:30pm.

The motion was made by Sharon Vergera and seconded by Michael Audet to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00pm.
