Top of the World ATV Club Meeting Minutes June 14th, 2011

        

  There were 10 members and 3 non-members present at the meeting. The Secretary’s report was read and accepted, motion made by Jimmy Kaiser and seconded by Sharon Vergera. The Treasurer’s report was read and accepted pending the auditor’s report, motion made by Paul and seconded by Jimmy Kaiser.

VASA updates were given by Lincoln. He talked about the VASA event in August. Danville’s club will be doing the mud pit, Thompson’s club is doing the poker run, Radar Ridge Runners club is doing the pull sled and we are responsible for the food. As of the public hearing, they haven’t figured out all the numbers yet.

Old Business:

• Annual Raffle tickets are available.
• Rodeo-previously discussed above.

Top of the World ATV Club Meeting Minutes Continued

 

New Business:

• Trails- work session this Saturday, June 18th. Excavator rental is $400.00 a day. The trails are in rough shape, we need to prioritize which ones need work done first on the amount of damage. First one to be done will be Bombard Rd than Johnson Rd to Bombard than Sid’s leading to Goodreault Hill Rd.

The motion was made by Jimmy Kaiser and seconded by Sharon Vergera to adjourn the meeting; Meeting adjourned at 7:55pm. Next meeting will be July 12th, 2011 at the Concord Town Hall at 7pm.
