Top of the World ATV Club Meeting Minutes March 8th, 2011
there were 7 members and 2 non-memb
ers presentat the meeting .There were 7 members and 2 non-members present at the meeting. The Secretary’s report was read and accepted, motion made by Chad Sterling and seconded by David Lunnie. The Treasurer’s report was read and accepted pending the auditor’s report, motion made by Donna Paquette and seconded by Star Lunnie. VASA updates were given by Lincoln. There has been a pretty good stream of letters to the editors and to Governor Shumlin, and they would like to see them coming in. David Lunnie wants links for the club site for people to link to so they can contact whomever about this.
Old Business:
· Trail Administrator- Lincoln needs to talk with Michael and Bob.
· Report on Bob his doctor says that the medical procedure they have him on right now seems to slowly be helping his organs function.

· Annual Raffle- Chad said that he checked with Trevor the Game Warden and he said that we can have a raffle for a rifle or shotgun but not for pistols. There was discussion on a 30-30 lever action, 243 bolt action, 30-06 and 12 gauge (pump) or 20 gauge single shot or semi. Star said we need to check prices and go from there.
New Business:
· Calendar- went over and agreed upon trail work, rides, etc. A copy of the corresponding calendar page will be mailed with the newsletter.
The motion was made by Jimmy Kaiser and seconded by Chad Sterling to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:08pm.
