Old Business:

The Kiosks are done and in place.

We have gathered together items for our annual raffle. We have a list of the items and raffle tickets available.

Nominees for Elections- if anyone is interested in running for an office they need to let one of the present officers know asap. So they can be put on the ballet for the annual meeting which is coming up very soon.

The new banner we had made is done, Lincoln presented it at the meeting.

Trailers at Northeast Ag and All Around Power have jumped up in price to over $700. Paul’s Farm Service can supply our trailer we need for $499. It was decided to go with that. The trailer was ordered.

There was discussion on having an absentee ballot. Our next meeting will be the annual meeting at the Concord School Cafeteria. For the pot luck dinner we ask members with the last name beginning with A thru J bring salads, K thru R bring main dishes, and S thru Z bring desserts.

The election of officers will be on the web site in large print to be noticed for the annual meeting in December.

New Business:

Lincoln mentioned that the town of Concord gave the club 2 culverts that are 20 feet long each, plus we still have an 8 foot culvert stored for the 2009 trail maintenance.

The night ride in went well, we had 14 members show up and 10 machines.

Lincoln mentioned that we need pictures for a photo album for the year, if anyone has some please bring them to the annual meeting. We also need to use some for a flyer or brochure about the club.

Lincoln also mentioned that we received the certificates of occupancy/compliance for our kiosks. Star mentioned that we will have to be prepared to do repair on the one by Moose River at the Foundry if an ice jam damages it this winter.

Bob talked about the new club with their trails connecting to ours in the 2009 trail year. He also mentioned that the trails by Sid’s and in Carr Brook will be the first ones to be worked on in the spring.

Trail closing date stands at Dec. 14th, weather permitting.
