First Annual ATV Rodeo August 16th
There will be a mud bog pit, Poker run for $5.00 a hand, Bar-o-Que, hot dog grab,and a few other skill events. We will have awards for some of the events and there will be a few things going on for the younger children. Who are to young to ride the ATVs
Sharon Vergara says she is trying to have something for everyone. We are going to charge for the Hot dogs, hamburgers and drinks. You don't have to be a club member to come it's going to open to the public. As long as your ATV is registered
The date is August 16, 2008 and it will be held on Mitchell Rd.in Concord. Sharon is going to need plenty of help! If you would like to be put on the list, Contact Sharon Vergara at (802) 695-1009 , Or at crafty51@yahoo.com Please, help her out! This is a BIG task! and no task that needs to be done is too small! Bob Tucker Appointed as Trail Administrator
Bob Tucker has been appointed as Trail Administrator for the Top of the World ATV Club, Chad Sterling has been appointed as the Concord Trail Master and Mike Audet has recently volunteered as Lunenburg Trail Master.
Bob will directly oversee all Trail Masters and schedule trail maintenance, coordinate volunteers, and oversee all new trail construction.
Chad Sterling and Mike Audet will oversee signage, trail maintenance, etc. for their respective towns
Help Wanted
We're looking for volunteers to fill club positions.
Volunteers for fund raising.
Volunteers to help put together our ride-ins and first annual Rodeo.

Ride In Dates Set
Our first ride in, will be June 7 th. arrive at 9:00 am. & leave at 10:00 am. Our meeting spot will be, Miles Pond rec area, But, we will not be reserving the rec area. we will only be using the outside area for parking our trucks. Pack a Picnic, is the Theme. Put your cooler on the back of your ride & we will be stopping somewhere to have a Picnic! . Then returning latter to Miles Pond Recreation Area to pick-up your trucks and trailers.
We will NOT be using the rec area!

Our second get together is
July 12 arrive at 9:00 am Leave at 10:00 am. Pack a Picnic!
We want to schedule our landowner appreciation event with a BBQ and ride in for Sept. 20th at Miles Pond Rec Area.
And finally an Oct. Holloween ride-in
The August ride-in was left out, because we have a member that will run the Rodeo! Check out the Forums for the latest information.

Getting the riders of tomorrow on the right track now. It’s an old cliché, but the words actually ring quite true: The future lies with our youth. This saying deserves special attention from everyone who is involved in the sport of off-highway vehicle recreation. Why is that? Well, for anyone who has been paying attention to OHV issues over the past 30 years it is quite obvious that there is a direct link between the attitudes and behaviors of riders and drivers as whole and whether or not they have the privilege of recreating on public and private lands. read more>
