At the last meeting there were only 7 members present.
The town of Concord is looking for someone to head the ancient roads committee if you are interested let Lincoln know.
The t-shirt order is in call 695-8139 to arrange pick up’s. We have extras, call for sizes & colors.
Elections will be held in Dec. for all positions. The Vice President slot is open. If anyone is interested in any position let us know.
The annual meeting will be held on Sat. Dec.6th food at 1:00 pm with the meeting to follow at 2:00 pm then elections. We are all invited to Alice and Kevin’s after. Please try to come.
We are asking members with their last name beginning with A thru J bring salads, K thru R bring main dishes and S thru Z bring desserts.
There will also be our annual raffle with lots of items, if anyone wants tickets please let us know.
The town of Concord also gave us 2 culverts that are 20 feet long for trail maintenance.
The new trailer has been ordered. VASA’s annual meeting is Jan. 10th
